You get this crap putting out those fires?

I hate hospitals! Spent more than my fair share of time in them over the years.
Know how you feel. Always good to get back home. I believe a person heals up much faster there.

Thanks, Im at home now, just resting up and trying to beat the lung virus thing. Sure was scary for a few days. You know you're in trouble when the DR asks if you have your affairs in order. Ill know on Tuesday if I'm fully clear of the MRSA.

Had a good chat with Greg the other day, hope his follow ups went well.

Dr. only asks about your affairs if he is worried about getting paid...
Told my uncle that he had six months to live.. Uncle said, "Crap! I'm broke!".. Doctor gave him a year extra...

BOTH OF YOU GET BETTER!

Update:

I'm back home again. I went in on the 19th with shortness of breath. I had a procedure on the 20th (T.E.E) (Transesophageal Echocardiography as a Diagnostic Tool. TEE helps doctors detect problems with the structure and function of the heart and its blood vessels. In general, transthoracic echo (TTE) is the first echo test used to diagnose heart and blood vessel problems.) The cardiologist was looking for a murmur. Well, he found it. Tuesday @ 0600 they replaced the mitral valve on my heart as the infection took it's toll on it heavily. 10 hrs later i was opened again to fix a bleed on the heart.

Anywho.....i recovered from early Wed to today and was set home.

What a week. I feel better. I have a long recovery (12wks) in front of me, but i'll get there eventually.

Man I can't believe the hand life dealt you on this!
What an ordeal! Been keeping up with all the updates from Leona.

Glad to hear your home and on the mend. Nothing like being home for the healing process.
I despise hospitals.
