Got some of my machinings back. Couldn't stand waiting so I went ahead and got the canards cut.

Got the spill plates cut out wet sanded and marine spar varnished. Got 3 blanks cut for the rear wings and one sAndes and reasy for the next step. Just waiting on adhesive, nutplates and other hardware so I ca start wrapping with carbon.

Yes Sir. I would like to have a lot of the fancy equipment they have. Would be nice to have an autoclave and a big freezer for prepreg.

Will you need to install the roll bar shield like TAFC for the wing to be mounted on the cage?

Quick update, end plates assembled and bonded on. Mount doublers bonded on. Pre fit of spill plates to make sure I have now issues before I do a little filling and wrapping with carbon.

Thanks Boss. So I did some light filling just to make sure everything was straight before filling.

Wrapped the part in carbon gluing on wit super 77 as it won't interfere with the resin.

Once all 3 plies were completely wetted out and cured. After wards over coated with several coats of resin. It likes to run all over the place, but with out a tool to surface the part, you have to over wet and then sand smooth.

So after a fair bit of sanding, a good smooth surface to clear.

Aren't you vacuum bagging? I thought I saw a bag setup in one of the photos...
