All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. So we know that Racing isn't a "HOBBY" with anyone here. So in your "off time" what do you do to unwind? Fish, Ride Motorcycles, Bowling, Paint? Let's hear about your favorite thing to do when you don't have to do anything else.

Never flown with Futaba stuff. Only cars.

My DX7 can do WAY more than i can. :) one of my famous tricks is turning perfectly good aircraft into powder.

Remember, when inverted down is up, & up is expensive.

After watching the rich kids next door to my daughter's farm lose a $2500 plane in the trees I decided drag racing was a bit cheaper. :D :D

I'm a lucky bastard who gets to make a living from his hobbies.

My hobbies are motorcycles, writing, finding new ways to spend time and money playing with motorcycles, photography, drag racing and dragbikes.

I edit a magazine called Cruiser & Trike as well writing regular columns on dragbike racing and tech articles on motorcycles. To fill in spare time, I also run a summer series of Bike Nights at the local track as well as bracket marshalling the bike brackets.. Another hat I wear is Tech Inspector for ANDRA -- our sanctioning body.

Riding long distances on motorbikes is another big deal for me. Have just started the Aussie Hardarse Association. Idea stolen from the Iron Butt Riders. It was 1600km (1000 miles) in 24 hours but the people in suits and big offices made me change it to 1600km in 48 hours.

Nearest thing I have to a hobby is teaching Number two son how to ride and now he's discovered drag racing.

MavTV has been showing the ANDRA events here. You guys got it going on down there. I have it set to DVR when it comes on. THe only thing is that the cars look wide and flat.
